Fully remote, full-time salaried employee. Total compensation aims to match the 75th percentile for role/seniority/local market rates. Approximate yearly compensation in primary operating countries: Greece: 58,400 EUR. Includes benefits such as 5 weeks paid time off, paid sick leave per country laws, parental leave (6 weeks paid + 6 weeks unpaid in first year), work hardware budget, annual smart home budget, annual education budget, yearly performance bonus, 50% contribution to internet connection fee, and one day every two weeks for personal projects.

Role details
Responsibilities
- Own performance of Nabu Casa's digital channels (website, email, SEO, paid, social) with clear targets for reach, conversion, and subscriber growth
- Plan and execute digital campaigns end-to-end (brief through creative to post-campaign analysis), aligned with product launches and commercial priorities
- Build and improve organic search presence via content strategy and on-site SEO to reduce reliance on paid traffic over time
- Run email marketing for Home Assistant Cloud subscribers (lifecycle flows, release announcements, re-engagement) and track key metrics
- Own paid digital spend and ROI across channels; allocate and optimize budget with rigor
- Report digital performance weekly and provide a point of view on what to prioritize next
- Grow and engage Nabu Casa presence in communities where users live (Home Assistant forums, Reddit, YouTube, and adjacent open-source/smart home spaces)
- Test new growth levers (affiliate, referral, influencer) using structured experiments and documented learnings
Requirements
- Hands-on experience running digital channels (SEO, email, paid social/search, content) with owned performance metrics
- Fluency in analytics: able to build dashboards, interpret funnel data, and distinguish signal from noise without relying on a data team
- Strong copywriting for digital contexts for a technically literate audience
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tooling (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, or equivalent)
- High autonomy and ability to identify what to do next without being told
