Fully remote salaried employee position (40 hours/week). Approximate yearly total compensation by country: Spain 73,000 EUR; Portugal 64,700 EUR; Italy 67,100 EUR; UK 81,400 GBP; Greece 58,400 EUR; Hungary 25,700,000 HUF; Poland 370,000 PLN; Romania 444,000 RON. Other countries: compensation discussed in first interview. Includes yearly performance bonus and additional benefits (paid time off, sick leave, parental leave, work hardware budget, smart home budget, education budget, 50% contribution to internet connection fee, and one day every two weeks for personal projects).

Responsibilities
- Own the performance of Nabu Casa's digital channels (website, email, SEO, paid, social) with clear targets for reach, conversion, and subscriber growth
- Plan and execute digital campaigns end-to-end (brief through creative to post-campaign analysis) aligned with product launches and commercial priorities
- Build and improve organic search presence through content strategy and on-site SEO to reduce reliance on paid traffic over time
- Run email marketing for Home Assistant Cloud subscribers (lifecycle flows, release announcements, and re-engagement) and track key metrics
- Own paid digital spend and ROI across channels; allocate and optimise budget rigorously
- Report on digital performance weekly and provide a clear point of view on priorities
- Grow and engage Nabu Casa's presence in user communities (Home Assistant forums, Reddit, YouTube, and adjacent open-source and smart home spaces)
- Test new growth levers (affiliate, referral, influencer) with structured experiments and documented learnings
Requirements
- Hands-on experience running digital channels (SEO, email, paid social/search, content) with owned performance metrics
- Fluency in analytics: ability to build dashboards, interpret funnel data, and distinguish signal from noise
- Strong copywriting for digital contexts, able to write for a technically literate audience
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tooling (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or equivalent)
- High autonomy: knows what to look at next without being told

This hands-on Digital Marketing Manager role owns Nabu Casa's digital channels and performance (website, email, SEO, paid, social), plans and executes end-to-end digital campaigns, improves organic search presence, runs email marketing for Home Assistant Cloud subscribers, manages paid spend and ROI, reports performance weekly, grows presence in relevant communities, and tests new growth levers (affiliate, referral, influencer) via structured experiments.
