Compensation
Salary range: $83,200 - $99,000. Benefits include 25 holidays plus flexible PTO (18 days additional; increases to 23 days for years 3-4 and 28 days for years 5+), 100% paid parental leave, medical/dental/vision coverage (100% employee premium; 75% employee + family), wellness benefits (fitness reimbursements, discounted tickets, backup care, employee assistance program), 401(k) with 4% match, employer-sponsored legal plans, life/disability insurance, and flexible spending accounts.
