Compensation
Fully remote; normal salaried employee in your country. Total compensation aims to match the 75th percentile for role/seniority/local market rates. Approximate yearly compensation in primary operating countries: Greece 34,000 - 46,600 EUR; Hungary 15,000,000 - 19,600,000 HUF; Italy 49,100 - 67,100 EUR; Poland 260,000 - 330,000 PLN; Portugal 44,500 - 59,700 EUR; Romania 178,000 - 221,000 RON; Spain 49,000 - 68,000 EUR; UK 56,200 - 74,000 GBP. Other countries: compensation can be discussed during the first interview. Benefits include PTO, sick leave, parental leave, home workspace equipment budget, monthly smart home budget, and 50% contribution to internet connection.

Compensation
Total compensation aims to match the 75th percentile for role/seniority/local market; yearly compensation ranges by country listed. No work visa is required; benefits include 25 days paid time off, 14 days paid sick leave (where treated as unpaid by local laws), 6 weeks paid + 6 weeks unpaid parental leave (first year), home office equipment budget, monthly smart home budget, and 50% contribution to home internet fee. Equipment may be kept after three years. Work time allowed for Home Assistant side projects.
