Compensation
Normal salaried employee. Full-time (40 hours/week). Total compensation aims to match the 75th percentile for role/seniority/local market rates. Approx yearly compensation by country: Spain 73,000 EUR; Portugal 64,700 EUR; Italy 67,100 EUR; UK 81,400 GBP; Greece 58,400 EUR; Hungary 25,700,000 HUF; Poland 370,000 PLN; Romania 444,000 RON; other countries compensation discussed in first interview. Includes yearly performance bonus based on company performance.
