Compensation
Full-time fully remote salaried role. Approximate yearly compensation in primary operating countries: Spain 73,000 EUR (others vary by country). Annual performance bonus based on company performance. Includes benefits such as 5 weeks paid time off, paid sick leave per local law, paid/unpaid parental leave, work hardware budget, annual smart home budget, annual education budget, 50% contribution to internet connection fee, and one day every two weeks for personal projects.
