Compensation
Fully remote salaried employee. Approximate yearly compensation by country: Italy: 67.100 EUR; includes yearly performance bonus, paid time off, paid sick leave (per local laws), parental leave, work hardware budget (kept after 3 years), annual smart home budget, annual education budget, 50% contribution to internet connection fee, and one day every two weeks for personal projects.
