Approximate yearly total compensation by country: Spain 73,000 EUR; Portugal 64,700 EUR; Italy 67,100 EUR; UK 81,400 GBP; Greece 58,400 EUR; Hungary 25,700,000 HUF; Poland 370,000 PLN; Romania 444,000 RON. Other countries: compensation discussed in first interview. Includes yearly performance bonus and additional benefits (paid time off, sick leave, parental leave, work hardware budget, smart home budget, education budget, 50% contribution to internet connection fee, and one day every two weeks for personal projects).
