Work setup
full-time · Work arrangement: Remote. Travel minimal up to 5% (up to 10 days/year). Preferred to be based out of a KIPP Foundation office (NYC and Chicago) but remote office full-time is an option.
Compensation
Salary range $83,200 - $99,000. Benefits include 25 holidays plus flexible PTO (flexible PTO increases over time), 100% paid parental leave, medical/dental/vision plan premium coverage, wellness benefits, backup care support, employee assistance program, 401(k) with 4% match, employer-sponsored legal plans, life/disability insurance, and flexible spending accounts.
